Integrasi Kecerdasan Buatan Generatif dalam Pendidikan Tinggi Islam: Peran Mediasi Literasi Digital dan Integritas Akademik terhadap Kemandirian Belajar Mahasiswa

Perkembangan Generative AI menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan bagi kemandirian belajar mahasiswa, khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi Islam yang menekankan integritas karakter. Rendahnya literasi digital dan lemahnya komitmen akademik berpotensi menghambat pemanfaatan AI secara kritis dan bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital dan integritas akademik terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dalam penggunaan Generative AI di STAI Al-Hikmah Tanjungbalai. Pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori diterapkan dengan purposive sampling pada mahasiswa pengguna Generative AI. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemandirian belajar (β = 0,421; t = 5,287; p < 0,001), demikian pula integritas akademik (β = 0,356; t = 4,173; p < 0,001). Kedua variabel menjelaskan 57,4% variasi kemandirian belajar (R² = 0,574). Temuan ini mengimplikasikan perlunya penguatan literasi digital dan budaya akademik berintegritas sebagai fondasi pemanfaatan AI yang efektif di perguruan tinggi Islam.
