Evaluasi Workshop Psikoedukasi terhadap Kesiapan Psikologis Mahasiswa Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau dalam Penyelesaian Tugas Akhir

Penyusunan tugas akhir menuntut kesiapan psikologis yang memadai, namun mahasiswa Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) rentan mengalami kecemasan akademik dan rendahnya self-efficacy. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas Workshop TUNTAS (Temu Inspirasi untuk Tugas Akhir Sukses) dalam meningkatkan kesiapan psikologis mahasiswa RPL untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir. Penelitian menggunakan mixed methods dengan desain convergent parallel terhadap 69 mahasiswa RPL Program Studi Sarjana Farmasi melalui total sampling. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner refleksi pascaworkshop dan dianalisis secara deskriptif, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan Reflexive Thematic Analysis. Hasil menunjukkan 97,1% responden memiliki keyakinan positif dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhir. Analisis kualitatif mengidentifikasi empat tema utama: kecemasan akademik, peningkatan self-efficacy, regulasi emosi, dan komitmen untuk bertindak. Workshop TUNTAS terbukti berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kesiapan psikologis mahasiswa RPL dan berpotensi menjadi model layanan psikoedukasi di perguruan tinggi.
