Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah, Literasi Digital, Motivasi Belajar, dan Perilaku Inovatif terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMP Swasta Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, literasi digital, motivasi belajar, dan perilaku inovatif terhadap kinerja guru di SMP swasta Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru SMP swasta di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda atau Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil kajian teoritis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti motivasi dan perilaku inovatif, tetapi juga faktor eksternal seperti kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kemampuan literasi digital. Kepemimpinan transformasional berperan dalam menciptakan iklim kerja yang mendukung inovasi, sementara literasi digital meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di era teknologi. Motivasi belajar dan perilaku inovatif juga berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Dengan demikian, keempat variabel tersebut diduga memiliki pengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru.
