Manajemen Sekolah Digital dan Peningkatan Mutu Pendidikan: Studi Kasus SMK di Kawasan Ibu Kota Nusantara

Penelitian kualitatif studi kasus ini menganalisis manajemen sekolah digital dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMK Negeri 5 Penajam Paser Utara, mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Data dikumpulkan dari kepala sekolah, tim IT, guru, dan siswa melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña, serta divalidasi melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasilnya, implementasi berjalan cukup baik: infrastruktur memadai, kurikulum terintegrasi teknologi, sumber daya manusia cukup siap meskipun belum merata, serta pemanfaatan media digital, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dan platform Afresto. Dampaknya, pembelajaran lebih interaktif, manajemen lebih efektif, dan kompetensi digital siswa meningkat, tercermin pada prestasi LKS IT Networking dan Cyber Security. Pendukungnya kebijakan sekolah, infrastruktur, dan kemitraan industri (Astra); penghambatnya perbedaan kompetensi digital guru, resistensi perubahan mindset, dan keterbatasan anggaran. Sekolah digital berkontribusi positif terhadap mutu pendidikan, namun menuntut penguatan kapasitas guru, pemerataan teknologi, kebijakan adaptif, serta dukungan pemerintah dan mitra industri di kawasan penyangga Ibu Kota Nusantara
