Pembelajaran Kolaboratif di SMK: Peran Kerja Sama Siswa dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Soft skills

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki peran penting dalam mempersiapkan siswa memasuki dunia kerja. Keterampilan soft skills, seperti komunikasi, kerja sama tim, dan pemecahan masalah, menjadi faktor utama kesuksesan di tempat kerja. Pembelajaran kolaboratif, yang melibatkan siswa bekerja sama secara aktif, terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep pembelajaran kolaboratif dan peran kerja sama siswa dalam meningkatkan soft skills di SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan melakukan tinjauan terhadap artikel ilmiah, buku, dan jurnal yang relevan mengenai pembelajaran kolaboratif di SMK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kolaboratif secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi, kerja sama tim, dan pemecahan masalah siswa. Selain itu, pendekatan ini juga memperkuat keterampilan interpersonal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan profesional dan pribadi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan signifikan untuk pengembangan kurikulum SMK yang lebih holistik, dengan fokus tidak hanya pada keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga pengembangan soft skills yang esensial di dunia kerja.
