Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SMA Negeri 1 Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisi yang digunakan adalah uji t dan anava dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS versi 23. Hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru t_hitung = 19,303 > t_tabel = 1,685 dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05; 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan t_hitung = 3,128 > t_tabel = 1,685 dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05, dan 3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri 1 Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dengan f_hitung = 181,407 > f_tabel = 4,090 dengan taraf signifikan α = 0,05
