Abstract

Musik memainkan peran penting dalam kehidupan siswa, baik sebagai media ekspresi emosional maupun dukungan kesejahteraan psikologis. Stres dan kecemasan di lingkungan pendidikan sering memengaruhi kesehatan mental siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh musik terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa, dengan fokus pada respons neurologis dan emosional. Menggunakan metode tinjauan pustaka sistematis, penelitian ini mengkaji literatur terkait untuk memahami pengaruh musik pada sistem limbik, regulasi emosi, dan identitas sosial. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa musik yang sesuai preferensi pribadi siswa dapat mengurangi stres melalui pelepasan dopamin di sistem limbik, serta memperkuat interaksi sosial dan solidaritas antar siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya musik dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung kesejahteraan mental siswa.
