Efektivitas Latihan Teknik Self-Talk terhadap Peningkatan Kepercayaan Diri Melakukan Passing Bawah

Passing adalah salah satu teknik penting dalam bolavoli. Kepercayaan diri dan keterampilan passing bawah para atlit sering menjadi kendala dalam mempertahankan penguasaan bola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah ke efektivan teknik self-talk dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri atlet untuk melakukan passing bawah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain eksperimen dengan menggunakan two grup pretest dan posttest terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kontrol dan perlakuan. Populasi dalam penelitian 25 atlet putri junior Klub Taruna Merah Putih Semarang berusia 15-17th. Sampel dalam penelitian 20 atlet, 10 menjadi kelompok kontrol dan 10 menjadi kelompok perlakuan. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan diri terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan passing bawah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa teknik self-talk dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dalam melakukan passing bawah.
