Abstract

Penelitian skripsi merupakan tahapan penting dalam perjalanan akademik seorang mahasiswa yang menuntut integritas, ketekunan, dan keterampilan analitik yang tinggi. Salah satu aspek kunci yang mendefinisikan kualitas penelitian adalah sikap ilmiah yang diterapkan oleh peneliti. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa dalam penelitian skripsi dengan menyoroti pemahaman metodologi, objektivitas, kejujuran, kritisisme, dan terbuka untuk kritik di Prodi S1 PGPAUD Universitas Pahlawan tahun 2023. Melalui eksplorasi mendalam terhadap sikap ilmiah mahasiswa dalam melakukan penelitian sebagai tugas akhir, hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pemahaman metodologi yang dimiliki mahasiswa lebih banyak pada level sedang yaitu 85%, dan mahasiswa menunjukkan sikap ilmiah kritis 73% walaupun hanya 65% dari mahasiswa tersebut terbuka untuk dikritik. Selain itu 87% mahasiswa telah transparan dan menghormati hasil penelitian orang lain. Sikap jujur dan objektif telah teridentifikasi sebanyak 73 % dan 75%. Dalam hal ini, mahasiswa telah menunjukkan sikap ilmiah yang positif dalam melakukan penelitian skrips sebagai tugas akhir.
