Dinamika Identitas Digital di Instagram: Studi Literatur Filosofis

Instagram berperan signifikan dalam pembentukan identitas digital, khususnya pada generasi muda yang berada dalam fase krusial perkembangan diri. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis dinamika pembentukan identitas digital di Instagram melalui sintesis literatur dengan pendekatan filsafat eksistensial. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka kualitatif terhadap sepuluh artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang dipilih secara purposif dari basis data akademik bereputasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyintesis tema-tema utama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan identitas digital ditandai oleh paradoks keaslian, tekanan algoritmik, strategi adaptif seperti penggunaan akun ganda, serta dampak psikologis dan eksistensial yang menyertainya. Sintesis ini menegaskan bahwa identitas digital merupakan arena negosiasi antara kebebasan individu dan keterbatasan struktural teknologi. Secara teoretis, artikel ini menawarkan kerangka refleksi eksistensial yang mengintegrasikan dimensi psikologis, sosial, dan teknologi, sementara secara praktis temuan ini memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan literasi digital reflektif yang mendukung kesehatan mental dan kebebasan berekspresi pengguna media sosial.
