Evaluasi Kecukupan Konten Pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum PPG Prajabatan: Kesiapan Guru Profesional dalam Menghadapi Tantangan Pendidikan Modern

Program PPG Prajabatan yang dirancang untuk menghasilkan calon guru dengan kompetensi profesional, pedagogik, sosial, dan kepribadian sesuai dengan tuntutan pendidikan modern, ternyata belum sepenuhnya mampu menghasilkan calon guru yang siap mengajar. Data dari Kemendikbud mengindikasikan bahwa hampir setengah dari lulusan PPG merasa kurang kompeten dalam manajemen kelas dan pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan. Minimnya pengalaman praktik lapangan menjadikan lulusan PPG Prajab mengalami kesenjangan antara kesiapan akademis dan keterampilan mengajar praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kecukupan konten pembelajaran dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Prajabatan dan mengukur pengaruhnya terhadap kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring yang melibatkan 99 peserta PPG Prajabatan di Universitas Negeri Malang. Kuesioner yang digunakan mencakup aspek teori pendidikan, keterampilan praktis, manajemen kelas, dan penggunaan teknologi pendidikan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mendapatkan gambaran persepsi peserta terkait kecukupan kurikulum dan dampaknya terhadap kesiapan mereka sebagai guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar peserta merasa kurikulum PPG sudah memadai dari segi teori, terdapat kekurangan dalam pelatihan keterampilan praktis, manajemen kelas, dan integrasi teknologi. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih menekankan pada praktik dan inovasi teknologi untuk menghasilkan guru yang lebih siap dan kompeten.
