Abstract

Perkembangan kepribadian siswa merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam proses pendidikan, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah berbasis agama. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) dalam pembentukan kepribadian siswa di SMTK Kadesi Bogor, berlandaskan prinsip Amsal 22:6, “Didiklah orang muda menurut jalan yang patut baginya, maka pada masa tuanya pun ia tidak akan menyimpang dari jalan itu.” Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan observasi partisipan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAK memainkan peran penting sebagai teladan moral dan spiritual bagi siswa, yang mengarah pada perkembangan positif dalam aspek kepribadian, disiplin, dan kehidupan rohani siswa. Guru PAK tidak hanya menjadi fasilitator pendidikan moral, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai teladan spiritual yang konsisten.
