Optimalisasi Mental Health Mahasiswa dalam Konteks Pendidikan Islam: Tinjauan Literatur terhadap Pendekatan Holistik

Permasalahan kesehatan mental mahasiswa menjadi isu penting dalam dunia pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan Islam sebagai upaya optimalisasi kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan literatur dengan menganalisis sumber-sumber relevan secara sistematis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mencari literatur dari jurnal, buku, dan database online terpercaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan holistik yang mengintegrasikan aspek spiritual, intelektual, emosional, dan fisik dapat memberikan fondasi kokoh bagi kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Kolaborasi antar-pihak terkait menjadi kunci dalam penerapan pendekatan ini. Disarankan adanya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengeksplorasi strategi implementasi yang efektif dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia.
